Kristin was very attentive and communicated very well during the whole process. No matter what my questions were, Kristin had the answer and worked hard to provide the answers.

Kristin has all the qualities to guide a client through what can be a complex process to obtain mortgage financing. She is a professional at its best, but also relatable, caring and sympathetic to the layperson's understanding (or lack thereof) of current regulations impacting underwriting and loan approvals. One of Kristin's key attributes, which we felt from the very start, was her responsiveness. Questions were answered quickly, and guidance and support were ever-present. At one point, a bank account document was required by underwriting in a very specific format. When a senior bank manager was unable to produce such during my personal visit, Kristin persevered with me online to generate exactly what was needed. There were also welcomed, encouraging words along the way; final approval of our mortgage was taking a bit longer than expected, but Kristin was there to remind us of our strong qualifications and that a dose of patience was necessary to get through "the system." As a final note, due to our high regard and the confidence we had in Kristin, we referred her to our daughter who was selling her condo and looking for a new home. Ultimately, her "dream" place was in another state at a price where she no longer required a mortgage. Till that point, though, Kristin's personal attentions and qualities became very apparent to our daughter, as well.
