Bill Gaudet

As a native of New Hampshire who grew up along the Seacoast, I’m proud to raise my family in my home state. I began my career in the mortgage industry in 2019, following many years of experience in hospitality management. This background has given me a passion for exceptional service and a commitment to making each borrower feel supported and empowered throughout the mortgage process. I’m also deeply committed to housing advocacy. I serve as a Homeownership Fellow with New Hampshire Housing and as a member of their Advisory Committee, where I work to address challenges and help create opportunities for homeownership in our state. In my free time, I love hiking the White Mountains, camping with my family, and attending shows at local theaters. One of my favorite indulgences is heading to New York to catch a Broadway show—I’ve seen more than 20! My goal is to be a housing industry leader who creates an approachable, stress-free, and inclusive experience for borrowers and business partners alike, while being a positive force for change in my community.
