Licensed across New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Florida, Colby brings over 9 years of mortgage industry experience helping clients with both home purchases and refinancing. He understands that choosing the right mortgage is a major financial decision and takes pride in being a trusted resource from application through closing.
Before entering the mortgage industry, Colby spent 13 years as a middle school math teacher, where he developed a unique ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, manageable steps. Today, clients value his strong communication, responsiveness, and ability to make what can feel overwhelming feel straightforward and organized. Colby works with first-time homebuyers, repeat buyers, and homeowners exploring refinance opportunities, offering guidance across a wide range of loan programs including conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM solutions. His client-first approach and consistent performance have earned him recognition as a President’s Club member in both 2022 and 2025. Colby has access to a broad range of lending resources, allowing him to tailor solutions to each client’s unique goals. He is passionate about helping clients achieve homeownership while building long-term relationships based on trust and service.
Outside of work, Colby enjoys an active lifestyle including golf, fitness, skiing, and fishing. He got married in 2024 and is a proud stepfather to three children who he adores, spending much of his free time with family.
