Deron Barton is a second-generation mortgage banker that brings over 30 years of industry expertise in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate lending throughout New England. Deron’s extensive experience in all areas of mortgage banking along with his insight into diverse point of sale, processing and underwriting cultures combine to offer a unique skill set when supporting loan officers in the field and the delivery of cost-effective financing solutions and superior customer service levels.
Deron received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with majors in Finance and Marketing from Merrimack College in North Andover, Mass. and the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) designation from the CMPS Institute in Alpharetta, GA. Deron remains active in many volunteer and community service initiatives along with high school ice hockey and athletic coaching positions.
