I’m a proud mom of four adult kids, a dog mom to two chocolate Labs, and the human in charge of two sister cats. I split my time between coastal Maine and coastal North Carolina, and if there’s a beach nearby, that’s where you’ll probably find me.

I’ve been a mortgage lender since 2001, and my love for lending started early—when I built my first home at just 20 years old using a USDA/RD loan. That experience showed me how powerful the right financing can be and sparked a career-long passion for helping others achieve homeownership.

In addition to residential lending, I specialize in investment property financing, commercial loans, and home equity lines of credit. I’m also a real estate investor myself, so I understand the numbers, the strategy, and the long game from firsthand experience. That perspective allows me to help clients make smart, confident decisions—whether they’re buying a first home, growing an investment portfolio, or leveraging equity for what’s next.
