As a serial home buyer in the past seven years I've had five mortgages and three re-fi's. Three with US Bank of which Lawrence was at the helm for two of them. Hold me to this, do yourself a favor and go with someone who has years of experience and with that comes sage wisdom. Larry will be direct and to the point. Combined with the team at US Bank you will sail through what is normally a really difficult and frustrating process. This time round I had a clear to close in 19 days. To be fair I respond with in the hour to any request and handle to the extend possible all communication and document signatures electronically.

I reached out to Larry after having several setbacks trying to get our home refinanced: after Hurricane Ian. Larry assured us he would review the details and get back to us. Immediately Larry and his team had all the details in order and started to work on getting it completed. His team was working with many moving parts, SBA loan, Owner Financing, HOA, Title Company, Appraisal, Foundation Inspection, Title Work that had to be done from previous owner, etc. Larry kept the team involved with entire process with great communication and hard work. The US Bank online portal which is what they use to send updates or documents that need signed and reviewed was very easy to navigate. Honestly it was a great experience.
