Positive: Got a very competitive rate and closing cost credit, good team to follow up and get it to finish line. The mortgage specialist was willing to work after hours too to get things going. Areas of improvement: the back-office operations, I got multiple disclosure documents with incorrect $ numbers with a variance of $1000 to $25,000
