I would 100% recommend Shane as your mortgage lender. He was extremely nice and thoughtful throughout the whole experience. He made the process extremely quick and easy and was there anytime you needed him. Definitely use Shane as your lender!

I first came across Shane in some google searching in 2024, and at that point he helped me realize we weren't in position yet to make a purchase. We continued slowly eyeing the market for the next couple years and Shane stayed in touch, occasionally checking in to see how we were doing and give an update on rates. Fast forward to 2026, we finally decided we wanted to fully engage in the homebuying process, and Shane was ready to go to bat for us right away on short notice. We (luckily) had an unusually fast process of finding a home we liked and having an offer accepted, and Shane was ready with our pre-approval and full mortgage process, guiding us as first time homebuyers through the process and responding quickly to all our texts and calls with questions. Along the way Shane also made some savvy, smart, creative recommendations that helped us nail the purchase and drew compliments from my real estate agent. Basically, you want Shane on your team as you go through the homebuying process (especially if it's your first time), you'll feel confident and supported the whole way!

All the people at TM were great throughout the process. From Shane, to Kim to the underwriting team. My only critique is that the technology they used to house completed and submitted documents may be a bit flawed. There were several occasions where I had upload documents into my portal only to find out that they were not received and so I had to re-upload. All in all, not really a big deal, but when time is crucial it does detract a bit from the overall experience. Great people none the less and thats the most important part of doing business, the people you work with!

If your looking for a lender who is genuine, professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about his expertise then look no further you have hit the jack pot! You cannot go wrong working with Shane and his team! They all were more than satisfactory in their work. My family and I could not have had a better experience! Thank you all for everything, you were ALL so courteous, attentive and paid very close attention to detail as to make the process smooth and transparent. Shane is someone you can ALWAYS COUNT ON, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU NEED HIM MOST! And his responsiveness is untouchable. Shane took time out of his 1st wedding anniversary picnic to introduce himself to us and walk us through the pre-approval process. He was available for us 24/7 for our many questions and explained everything about our mortgage process in a respectful and approachable method so we felt comfortable with each step as we moved toward closing. He worked with us closely to get a great rate while meeting our monthly payment comfortability. I would use Shane for every home purchase and recommend him to all of my friends and family. He is reliable, knowledgable, and genuine. We couldn't imagine navigating our first home purchase without his expertise and guidance. 10/10! We are lucky to have made a life-long partner in real estate as well as a friend.
