Melissa O’Strander enjoys spending much of her free time with her family, especially her two sons, Sean and Carter. She was born and raised in the Hampden County area, and still resides there today. She is a lover of all sports, but her true passion is football, specifically the Pittsburgh Steelers. The only team she loves more than her Steelers is whichever team her son is on, who has been playing competitive football since he was 5 years old.
Professionally, Melissa has been in the lending business since 2015. She has strived to be a successful known member in her community and has ambitious goals to grow in other areas of the state and country. Melissa believes that building and maintaining positive relationships with all clients has allowed her to achieve success in a very competitive industry. She describes her strengths as being hardworking, competitive, and ready to face any challenge that may arise to accomplish the job at hand.
Melissa’s business philosophy is to provide her clients with a streamlined, stress-free process by offering and maintaining outstanding customer service. She believes the lending business is much more than a 9-5 job and makes herself readily available to meet all needs for her clients and business partners. She believes that her clients should feel comfortable, educated, and confident when they work with her from the initial application, all the way to the closing table.
