I called Sean frantic at 5pm on a Friday looking to get a pre-approval because the seller was only taking offers until Sunday at 5pm so we had to work fast. We had some technical issues on our end but Sean was up first thing at 8am on Saturday to work us through them. We had our pre-approval by 10am and his realtor got us a showing at 1pm. By Sunday afternoon we had our offer in and they accepted our offer Sunday evening. We got our pre-approval and accepted offer within 48hours! I would highly recommend Sean!
