Karen began her financial career at GE headquarters working in the Corporate Treasury department. After 8 years, she decided to take some time off to raise her 3-year-old daughter and fraternal twin sons.

Reliable and well-experienced with finances, she moved up to the mortgage arena. After a few years, Karen decided she wanted to be a broker and opened her own mortgage company. “A Better Choice Mortgage” in Paradise Green, Stratford, ran for 10 years.

After the recession of 2008, she worked for a variety of clients as a mortgage banker. She began working at Total Mortgage in November 2018. Karen is married with three adult children, and is now the proud grandmother of triplets.
