Steve is amazing. The process was easy and seamless. This was my first time buying a house on my own. I was anxious and Steve answered all of questions and helped me thru every step. The app is also easy to use. I never had an issue with uploading documents and instructions are easy to follow. I will definitely stick with Steve and total mortgage when it’s time to refinance to a lower rate in the future.
