I came to know Nichole Longtin through my husband friend who referred her to us after the purchase of his home.I reached out to her, we spoke briefly on the phone, but I didn’t end up buying a house that year. It wasn’t until a year later that we were actually ready to move forward but I reached out to a different company, but it was an absolute nightmare it took me over a month of getting documents together that still weren't enough information for them and still didn't have us “preapproved”. I will never forget that. Today I am absolutely grateful and thankful for her! We just closed on our first home and she couldn’t have made it more perfect! Thanks to her it was an absolutely stress free peaceful process I didn’t have to worry about a thing!
