Tino Cohee

I bring more than a decade of business and leadership experience to mortgage lending, with a career built around working with people, solving problems, and guiding them through important decisions. Trust has always been important to me, which means being honest, dependable, and following through on what I say I’ll do. My approach to mortgage lending reflects those same values. I want to make the process as straightforward and stress free as possible. You should always understand where you stand, what comes next, and why, and have someone accessible and responsive you can count on along the way. I’m a lifelong North Shore resident and proud UNH graduate. My wife and I are raising our three children here in New England, and much of my time outside of work is spent staying active and playing outside with the kids. I’m a New Englander through and through. I love beach days in the summer, football in the fall, and as much skiing up north in the winter as I can get. For me, this business is about more than just the transaction. It’s about building relationships and becoming someone my clients can confidently turn to whenever they have questions about home financing.
