"Cesar was an absolute beast in this deal . We had been turned down by another lender a day before closing and we needed help to save the deal . We spoke on the phone with Cesar Mancebo and he informed us that we can restructure the deal a little differently and do an FHA loan and he can make this happen ! We added a co signer on our deal as part of restructuring and did the FHA . We were on a very short timeline as we had been dropped from our previous lender and this deal had to move quickly. We thought that we will lose our dream home but then Cesar came to rescue.
