I don’t have enough words in my vocabulary to tell someone how phenomenal Cesar is. I was in a tough situation trying to find a home on a ticking clock due to the condo I was renting preparing to be sold. I happen to find a home I wanted to buy and I called Cesar let him know how urgent my situation was and he was on it immediately.
