We had a great experience working with Steve, Meaghan, and Maria from Total Mortgage! During our first call with Steve he talked us through the whole process and what to expect which was so helpful and made us feel more confident as we started to look at homes! We were able to use the Greenlight program to get approved before we were under contract which helped us get our offer approved. We had some trouble getting documentation that was needed and the team helped assure us and offer suggestions for other ways we could get the information we needed which was so helpful. They answered all our questions and were great to work with! I would highly recommend this team!

Ed was wonderful to work. I had worked with him in the past and it was clear he’s very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I knew from the start that I could trust him so it was then easy to follow his lead. I felt the same with Jason - very knowledgeable, personable, helpful when I got stuck and again I trusted him. I also think the Total Mortgage program for sending alerts, showing which documents were due or completed - the process for uploading documents was really slick. Ed and his team were absolute professionals. Another lender dropped the ball with my loan and nearly caused my deal to fall apart at the finish line.
