Lanie was the absolute BEST throughout the process of buying a home for the first time. She made everything feel so simple and explained things in a way that wasn’t overwhelming. I could call her at any moment and she would pick up; whether she was trying to get her family ready for the day or about to make dinner, she would always answer. She is very kind, solution oriented, and always put our wants and needs at the forefront. She also made sure that when we looked at a place, it was in our budget, and would always write us up a worksheet with projected calculations to make sure that we were comfortable.
