Carrie is a pleasure to work with! She's prompt, professional, friendly, and works hard to find the best possible solution matter how unconventional your earning situation may be. Carrie responded to me on weekends, holiday, evenings, etc. I never felt like I was being left in the lurch. And we always had the best chats, even beyond mortgage-related stuff. Ultimately, I opted to move to a different state, which meant Carrie would wind up making nothing from her amazing efforts to help me. But even with that, she went above and beyond to help get my file ready and transfer to someone in her company in the state I chose.
