Spoke to about six lenders when getting ready to purchase my first home. It felt impossible to navigate being self employed. When I found Thomas all that confusion came to an end. He guided me step by step through the pre approval process. When it came to start looking at houses Thomas and his team at Total Mortgage were able to get pre approvals on specific homes in hours at times which blew me away and put me ahead of the pack when there were multiple offers. When we found and pulled the trigger on our home we found something absolutely perfect. Honestly better than we thought we’d be able to afford or attain. Once the offer was made the full approval process moved so fast. Communication was insanely easy. They were the only people in the process that felt like they were really on our side. Every detail was clear and whenever there was a document to sign we received a specific notice so that everything happen on time and was executed in a timely manner.
