Working with Total Mortgage was such a refreshing experience! This is my third time buying, but the first time I felt like my mortgage company was truly on my side. Every step of the way, Brendan and his team were there to promptly answer questions, solve problems, and to keep as much stress off of my plate as possible - allowing me to focus on the very long list of other things to worry about while buying and selling a home. The process was so seamless that I was often surprised to see notifications coming through that various milestones had been completed with so little effort on my part. Whenever I did start to get anxious, Brendan was there to reassure me that we were on track and would make it over the finish line.
