She began her career in the mortgage/real estate arena in 1993 as a mortgage loan officer in Southern California. Her experience includes her role as the President and General Manager of retail concept stores. Wendy is also a member of the Guam Association of REALTORS (GAR) and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR).

Wendy graduated from Guam’s John F. Kennedy High School. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
