Mortgage Loan Officer
Milford, CT — Full Time
At Total Mortgage Services, we understand how important it is for a loan officer to be able to deliver what his or her client expects them to. That’s why we ensure each loan officer at TMS has every bit of support they need to be the best and most reliable resource every time.
The number one priority for us is to ensure we can sustain the volume of each loan officer we hire. That’s why we’ve started creating small and close-knit teams of originators and Operations personnel. This practice helps facilitate seamless communication and teamwork, and allows us to guarantee our customers will close within 30-days for qualifying loans. We also boast the best underwriters and secondary department in the business, and have a creative twist to the appraisal process that helps to ensure it is more manageable and predictable.
To help our Loan Officers originate even more, we’ve launched all new technology including CRM and Lead Management systems, along with a mobile app that’s fully customizable for Real Estate and financial partners and keeps customers educated and informed every step of the way. If that weren’t enough already, our loan officers also have access to our internal marketing department and web portal, not only capable of delivering customizable content on-demand, but also able to create new, world-class material from scratch.
