Louisa Bailey at Total Mortgage was a great lender to work with. She explained each step of the loan process clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options before making decisions. She was responsive, professional, and patient, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. I'm very grateful for her help in making my home purchase possible and would recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage.
Buying a home is never easy and usually stressful. Fortunately, I had Louisa Bailey in my corner again to help guide me through the sometimes very confusing process of buying. Louisa is the consummate professional in her field. Any question or concerns I had were always promptly addressed by her. Whether email or phone call she would always get back to me quickly and have the question answered and issue resolved immediately. She made a very stressful time in my life much easier! I have worked with Louisa before and her knowledge and skills of the market and buying process has always been second to none! If you are looking for a lender I can’t recommend Louisa enough. She treated me like a valued family member and that’s truly what I needed!! Thank you for all of your hard work in my behalf, Louisa!
Total Mortgage staff and most importantly, Donna W., are amazing! The whole process was so easy for me in comparison to where I began, which was with another bank. Donna was communicative, efficient, knowledgeable, super helpful, swift, and kind! I highly recommend working with her! She will impress you! I hope Total Mortgage recognizes the true asset they have with her! Thank you so much!
I had a great experience working with the team at Total Mortgage throughout my home purchase. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and made the mortgage process much less stressful. They took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and ensured everything stayed on track for a smooth closing. I truly appreciated their professionalism, dedication, and commitment to providing excellent service. I highly recommend Total Mortgage to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive mortgage team. Thank you for helping make my home purchase a success!
Louisa is a true professional! She was so helpful the whole way through the process. She’s extremely accessible, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Louisa is kind and has a great sense of humor. A true pleasure to work with! Thank you so much for your help!!
Positive: Got a very competitive rate and closing cost credit, good team to follow up and get it to finish line. The mortgage specialist was willing to work after hours too to get things going. Areas of improvement: the back-office operations, I got multiple disclosure documents with incorrect $ numbers with a variance of $1000 to $25,000
