Jason, unlike most lenders, also is incredibly knowledgeable in regards to the first time homebuyer program from CHFA. It's a phenomenal program with many benefits for the right person, and none of the other of the lenders I spoke with could provide information. I can't speak more highly of Jason. He's truly a expert who is dedicated to the people he works with, not just the numbers. I highly recommend him! I know we will continue to use, and recommend Jason.

It was a pleasure to work with Total Mortgage. The application is done online, which makes it easier for busy people to complete and summit paperwork. Jason is very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me though the whole process and answered any questions I have. He work with my credit score to make sure I got a good deal on my mortgage. I was very specific about the payment range I was able to afford and he try to keep my mortgage payment within that range. I am very pleased with the service.
