Ed and his team were absolute professionals. Another lender dropped the ball with my loan and nearly caused my deal to fall apart at the finish line. My realtor sprung into action and got us setup with Ed at Total Mortgage who got right to work (over the weekend no less) and in about 4 days got us to closing.
