Ed Gosselin

This is my third time working with Ed & Jason, and once again, they were absolutely fantastic! Ed is knowledgeable, responsive, and always going above and beyond to make the process seamless and stress-free! High recommendations!

I heard about Ed and his team from one of my customers and from day one Ed treated me as if I mattered to him. His help leading and guiding us through an estate sale which was very time consuming. The morgage process was very smooth. They asked for documents and you gather and send. Very impressed with the process and was a very educational. We thank everyone involved for such a great experience. Don P

Working with Ed on our loan process was an absolute dream from start to finish! I first reached out to Ed a full year before we were even ready to buy, while we were in the middle of preparing our old house to list. When we finally reached back out the following summer to apply for our new loan, Ed not only remembered us immediately, but seamlessly picked up right where we left off. Throughout the entire journey, he was exceptionally patient and genuinely available whenever we needed him. Whether through quick text messages or detailed phone calls, Ed was always right there to clear up any confusion and break down every step of what can easily feel like a very daunting process. His incredible guidance on credit score tips and financial preparation made a world of difference…we actually ended up qualifying for significantly more than I ever thought possible! If you are looking for a mortgage banker who truly cares, knows his stuff, and goes above and beyond, look no further than Ed. Five stars aren't enough!

This is our time purchasing a home with the assistance of Ed at Total Mortgage. He, Jason, and their entire team were extremely helpful throughout the process and we would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a mortgage lender!

Ed help successfully navigate through a very complex finacing situation. TM was well informed and knowledgeable about various options available.

Ed and his team are incredibly professional and responsive. They make the process as easy as possible for their clients and provide support every step of the way. I cannot say enough about the customer service they provide. Stellar in every way.

The team at Total Mortgage took great care of us and helped us to close quickly.

Great loan officer and great team. Very professional, efficient and helpful throughout the process. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Ed is great. Took the time to go everything and cover all options

Ed Gosslein & Jason Myatt were very professional and very helpful throughout the process.

Ed and Jason made the process painless. Thank you!

Ed was wonderful to work. I had worked with him in the past and it was clear he’s very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I knew from the start that I could trust him so it was then easy to follow his lead. I felt the same with Jason - very knowledgeable, personable, helpful when I got stuck and again I trusted him. I felt that both Ed and Jason were there for me every step of the way. I also think the Total Mortgage program for sending alerts, showing which documents were due or completed - the process for uploading documents was really slick. Ed was also great at sending alerts and what was coming next. I always knew he was there for me if I had questions or problems. And like before the process was a success! I can’t think of anyway to improve, I am more than satisfied. I’ve already been sharing my experience. Thank you!!

Ed and his team were absolute professionals. Another lender dropped the ball with my loan and nearly caused my deal to fall apart at the finish line. My realtor sprung into action and got us setup with Ed at Total Mortgage who got right to work (over the weekend no less) and in about 4 days got us to closing. I cannot overstate what an incredible experience I had dealing with these guys. They turned a stressful situation into success with their can-do attitude. I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you! Jeff

Ed and Jason were great to work with. My situation was a little uncommon due to being self employed and recently moved to a new state all on top of relocating my business. Very knowledgeable team and they understood the little nuances of such a unique process. Would highly recommend

Responsive team, did what they had to do, and well integrated with the title company we used.

Ed was always punctual in answering my questions in a very timely fashion. He also explained things very well.\nThis is my second time using Total Mortgage for a home purchase. I will use them again.

Detail would take too long and a lot more spaces Ed and Jason removed all doubts and made the experience seem less No surprises and calmed any nerves.

Very responsive and professional.

Ed is hands down the best lender I have ever worked with. His loans close on time and he has worked miracles with some of my home buyers.
