We were ready to close before the time. Everything was handeld very nicely without any rush even we had only 2 weeks to reach the contracted closing date and my availability was very limited (between 8-10 am and after 7pm). He took my calls odd timings very patiently. So overall everything went very smoothly and thats the best experience.
