I have never experienced such unorganized people in any professional environment. My paperwork was repeatedly incorrect and no one knew what anyone else was doing. I highly recommend using a local lender if you are not purchasing in MA. While the individuals were friendly it was a horrible experience that left me unexcited about purchasing my first home. I was cheated out of what should have been one of the happiest moments of my life.

Was a slightly difficult unconventional mortgage. Got a little rocky with some communication issues towards the end, but all said and done, got the job done.
