Denise Panza is awesome. One word awesome! I needed to undergo a medical procedure and needed some financial security. I needed a backup plan, so I asked about a HELOC. My hometown bank would not give me funding because of my most recent tax returns were not filed. I explained that to Denise and with absolute confidence, she put my worries to rest.
