Just finished a dreadful mortgage process with Darren. Have bought four homes before and this was by FAR the worst experience. He took over for his colleague mid process which was already a mess. He and his team didn’t communicate clearly. They made changes to our loan terms without telling us. Was rude to our agent. Just a total stressful drag out mess all the way to the finish
