The worst mortgage experience I’ve ever hard. From deceitful manipulation of terms, to lack of communication, to mistakes without admission of fault. Absolutely dreadful process. If you want something to take advantage of you. This is the place. If you want a reliable lender that communicates and has your best interest at heart, STAY AWAY!!

Christopher Bravo was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone who might be interested in purchasing a home. Chris went above and beyond as a lender and kept direct communication along the way. He was quick to respond and made himself available. 10/10. If I could leave 6 stars I would, the process was very smooth and the Total Mortgage team communicated everything that needed to be done to make the process go as smoothly as possible. The App is another 10/10, you can just simply open your app and not have to go on a website and log in everytime you need to submit or view a Document. I recommend them 1000 times.
