Whether they're first-time buyers or seasoned investors, Annie's clients don’t deal with voice mail prompts, 9-5 business hours, or customer service reps on headsets. They deal with Annie: their own personal loan officer, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Her staff of seasoned processors is in constant contact with borrowers, ensuring that their clients’ loans are processed in a timely fashion. They realize that the mortgage process is nerve-wracking and the last thing they want is for borrowers to stress because they need answers and can’t reach anyone.
