Anne Marie Concemi

Anne Concemi was the greatest to work with. She was driven, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire transactions.

I’ve worked with Anne Marie for 2 mortgages and a refinance. She has also worked with my entire family on their mortgages and refinances over the past 20+ years. She is incredibly knowledgeable and so extremely hardworking. The process happens so quickly, seamlessly, and painlessly that it’s so evident that she is putting in major time, care, and effort behind the scenes. I won’t use anyone else and I have and would continue to recommend her to anyone.

I completely trusted Anne to take care of us and to act in our best interest. She was available whenever needed, had the answers to our questions, was informative about background information, and was very friendly. I would highly recommend working with her and will definitely go directly to her if I needed her services again.

I had a great experience working with Anne and her team. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions on the process and Anne walked me through every step with no problem. She also has an expansive network in the New England area and seems to know everyone in the business! Overall Anne knows her stuff and is personable which made working with her an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

This team is top notch. I have used them for several years and always are the most efficient. It a great feeling knowing you can trust people who you deal with. Annie and her team are amazing!!!

Anne Concemi is an angel in disguise. She is the best in every sense and so good at what she does. It was such a pleasure and she made us feel like family. She made it possible for us to purchase our dream home. Cindi James is also wonderful and was so great to work with and knowledgeable also. We are so grateful!!! 5 Stars plus plus

I have bought 5 houses in my life. I’ve never had a better experience than with Anne and her team. They were MY team and made the process clear, understandable and painless. They worked tirelessly to get me what I needed.

I am an investor that has have obtained mortgages and refinances since 1998. Although there was a title issue, Total mortgage managed to close in less than 30 days. I have had many loan officers. Anne Marie Concemi is the best. I highly recommend Total Mortgage.
