During our first call with Steve he talked us through the whole process and what to expect which was so helpful and made us feel more confident as we started to look at homes! We were able to use the Greenlight program to get approved before we were under contract which helped us get our offer approved. We had some trouble getting documentation that was needed and the team helped assure us and offer suggestions for other ways we could get the information we needed which was so helpful. They answered all our questions and were great to work with! I would highly recommend this team!
