I was introduced to Taylor by my agent as someone my agent knew for years and very trustworthy. I had been in discussion with few lenders by myself but the kind of transparency and specifics she shared instantly made me realize that this is someone whose underlying motive is to help people rather than just securing another business transaction. The rates, loan fees etc she quotes were much better than other agents. She was available throughout the mortgage closing process and was reachable whenever I needed to. She is very patient and understands your anxiety as a first time buyer and lays out all the details so that you can choose the right direction that you want to go. I eventually ended up with an AMR loan, but was skeptical about hidden charges or unknown fees that might crop up years later. Taylor helped me go through all the documentations and addressed each of my concerns. On top of all this, she is a genuinely nice person who cares for others and that shows in her professional life too. Thank you Taylor! Taylor was recommended to me by my realtor when I first got serious about purchasing my own home. She and I were put in touch in November 2021. She walked through my finances, qualifications, ideal property situation and patiently answered every question. I started looking and making offers in January 2022 before finally having one accepted in April and closing in May.
