Suzanne kept us informed every step of the way!

better communication between carl and i

Suzanne took the time for pre-approval, and gave us great tips for saving money. She recommended us to save rather than rushing out to purchase a home. Her wise advice helped us save which ended up being part of our offer on the home we did buy. We appreciated her desire to help us rather than get our business. We felt confident to purchase. She did a great job going over the closing costs. She helped make our buying a home a relatively easy process because she gave us confidence from explaining the process the entire time.

The communication was excellent made everything easy to understand. if we had questions they answered promptl, let us know whenever they needed us to do anythin, made the whole process so smooth and easy would highly recommend Suzanne and total mortgage

Everyone I dealt with from this firm was in regular contact regarding the progress of the loan process. It was expedited in a very timely manner with no surprises.
