Kevin and his team were great throughout our mortgage process, from the time we met him at an open house through closing. The Greenlight program is a must in the competitive market - after losing a few offers with mortgage & appraisal contingencies, Total Mortgage enabled us to confidently waive those and we bought the first house we made an offer on after starting to talk with this team.
