I spoke with Kevin Kearns, of Total Mortgage,who from the beginning of our partnership was helpful, professional and kind. I had many questions which he calmly answered. He guided me through the many documents that had to be read and signed. Kevin Kearns answered all my questions and gave me the confidence to pursue my home mortgage. When his assistant was going to send me messages, he notified me so that I would understand who the person was and what needed to be accomplished.
