Kevin Kearns

My wife and I worked with Kevin to finance our first home. We had such a positive experience! He was very helpful, available for questions, and always got back to us when we needed something. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him and his team.

Mortgage Experience Review I had a wonderful experience working with Total Mortgage, and I am truly grateful for all their help throughout the process of obtaining my mortgage to purchase my coop. Kevin Kearns worked extremely hard to help get my loan approved. He was professional, dedicated, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything moved forward smoothly. Purchasing a home can be stressful, but Kevin’s hard work and commitment made the process much easier for me. I truly appreciate his patience, communication, and determination in helping me achieve my goal of becoming a co-op owner. Thank you, Kevin, and the entire Total Mortgage team, for your outstanding service and support. I would highly recommend Total Mortgage and Kevin Kearns to anyone looking for a mortgage and a team that genuinely cares about their clients!

Kevin and his team were excellent! Our move had no shortage of complexities, moving from Canada to the US. His team was always available, made miracles in the eleventh hour to get us in our new home as planned. Couldn't recommend Kevin and his team more!

I spoke with Kevin Kearns, of Total Mortgage, who from the beginning of our partnership was helpful, professional and kind. I had many questions which he calmly answered. He guided me through the many documents that had to be read and signed. Kevin Kearns answered all my questions and gave me the confidence to pursue my home mortgage. When his assistant was going to send me messages, he notified me so that I would understand who the person was and what needed to be accomplished. All of the steps needed to obtain a mortgage were explained so that I could understand them. I would recommend using Total Mortgage when you need to obtain a home mortgage. Eileen Corrigan
