From the very beginning—when he answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of summer—he demonstrated exceptional responsiveness and commitment. Our situation was far from simple: a second property, a single income, insurance challenges, low appraisals, and even zoning issues related to an auxiliary unit. Through it all, Jake guided us with skill and persistence. He went above and beyond by generously covering the cost of one of the three appraisals we had to order. That said, there were moments when his communication could have been more transparent and patient. At times, phone conversations felt a bit terse, and I wish there had been greater clarity regarding the final interest rate and the cost associated with the reconsideration of value. Overall, Jake is a hardworking and highly capable broker who brings deep expertise and dedication to his clients, even if there’s room for improvement in communication and transparency.
