Erin was referred to us by our realtor, Jennifer Guay, and jumped on as our lender after we had already been under contract. We were working with a local credit union originally, but they would not have been able to close within 30 days, so we made the switch a few days after going under contract. Erin was willing to jump in and get us closed on time, which we were very appreciative of. She worked very efficiently to get us underwritten, and with the online portal, the process was very easy. Erin was transparent with us throughout the process about the best options for our needs. She was also very kind and excited for us as she helped us purchase our first home.
