So the first half of this process was horrible thanks to Donna Peters! She ignored myself and my wife, she took her sweet time and lost us our 6.5 interest rate, which they did get us from 7.4… back to a 6.8… then proceeded to send us emails asking us to blindly sign with no explanation to what it was we were signing, told our realtor false information about additional money we would put down that we didn’t know about… but thankfully we were assisted by Ollie Jay Spears I would give him a 5 star if I could but unfortunately Donna made our first time buying a home horrible! So please be mindful picking this company they have some great employees and then they also have Donna.
