I know there was turnover issue as my agent left company halfway through, but I didn't work with Chris after agent left, I worked with a Megan on east coast. Seemed to be confusion at Total as who would do what and I received multiple auto emails from different people, some not responding to my questions, and was confusing until Megan took over.
