Wyatt Angiulo

Wyatt Angiulo is a Mortgage Banker with Total Mortgage who takes a straightforward and hands on approach to helping clients achieve their homeownership and real estate goals. He focuses on making the mortgage process simple and helping each client find the right financing strategy for their needs.

Whether working with a first time homebuyer, repeat buyer, veteran, or real estate investor, Wyatt believes a great mortgage experience starts with strong communication, preparation, and being available when clients need answers. His experience includes Conventional, FHA, VA, renovation, down payment assistance, investment property, and alternative financing programs.

Originally from Stillwater, Oklahoma, Wyatt graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Business Management. After spending several years in Maine and throughout New England, he relocated to Tampa, Florida.

Outside of mortgage banking, Wyatt enjoys staying active, traveling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and spending time with friends, family, and his golden retriever, Tripp.
