I focused on making homes affordable to homebuyers and restructured or refinanced mortgage debt to make it more beneficial for the average homeowner. I came from a low-to-moderate community and found that over the years helping bring families to homeownership was both rewarding and fruitful. It have been my experience that families were both happier and stronger as a result of my efforts to achieving their dreams of homeownership.
