Tax Credit Closing Date Extension

UPDATE 7/01/10: The closing date to claim the first time home buyer tax credit for those who signed a purchase agreement prior to April 30th was extended from June 30th to September 30th by Congress yesterday. The president is expected to sign the bill into law today..
