General Purpose and Scope (Summary):
This entry level position is responsible for general admin responsibilities including, filing and scanning documents, and other accounting assistance as needed. This includes but is not limited to scanning invoices and bank statements, maintaining original documents, maintaining vendors and other similar duties.
-Scan bank statements, invoices, and other pertinent accounting data
-Stale dated check follow-up and disposition.
-Request missing invoices from vendors and internal parties
-Prepare documents and checks for mailing
-Maintain vendor list
-Assist with accounting projects
-Set up new vendors including obtaining W-9’s from new vendors and scanning into AMB
-Basic accounts payable entry and payments, when needed

Technical / Computer Skills:
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Experience:
-A high school diploma or equivalent
-1-2 years related experience, a plus
Certifications, Licenses, etc.
Hours for position:
This position may require frequent additional hours, at times on a daily basis; must be available to work additional hours on short notice as determined by management to meet customer service and investor requirements
