Last week mortgage rates increased again.  Treasuries attempted to rally mid-week, but the rally fizzled, and bonds sold off on Thursday and Friday, driving yields higher.  Mortgage rates followed suit.  Freddie Mac’s Primary Mortgage Market Survey showed the average rate on a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage rising to 4.13% with 0.5 points.  Rates are right around...
