    Bankrate has released their national average mortgage rates for July 13, 2010. Again, Total Mortgage Services is posting lower mortgage rates than the national average. Bankrate posts averages for 30 and 15 year fixed conventional mortgages as well as 5/1 conforming adjustable rate mortgages (ARM).

    The national average for a 30 Year Fixed Conventional Mortgage is 4.630% down .7% from last week. The same mortgage product is available at Total Mortgage with a slightly lower interest rate of 4.625% and a 4.842% APR.

    15-Year Fixed Conventional Mortgages come in with a slightly lower mortgage rate than the 30 year mortgages. The national average is 4.130%, at Total Mortgage the same mortgage can be had with a significantly lower rate of 4.000% and a 4.533% APR.

    Today Bankrate is posting a variety of national mortgage rates. The national averages being posted are for a 30-year fixed conventional mortgage, a 15-year fixed conventional mortgage, and a 5/1 adjustable rate conforming mortgage (ARM). Total Mortgage Services is currently offering all three of these mortgage products with rates that are below the national average.

    The national average for a 30-year fixed conventional mortgage is 4.690%.  Total Mortgage is offering a 30-year fixed conventional mortgage with a rate of 4.625% and an APR of 4.656%.

    A 15-year fixed conventional mortgage at Total Mortgage is currently available with an interest rate of 4.000% and a 4.053% APR. The national average rate for the same mortgage products is 4.080%, slightly higher than Total Mortgage’s.
