Mr. Hyder, you might be interested in our new initiative at americanhomeownershipinitiative.com, which educates sellers, property managers and real estate agents on a national basis. We are working with primarily condo projects, and are conducting tests in Philadelphia and Boston. We envision a huge reeducation process, and would appreciate your thoughts on the site.
