  • Details: Bill Schettler has worked in the mortgage business for the last 9 years in many capacities and is currently Vice President in charge of Special Projects at Total Mortgage Services. In the time that Bill has worked at TMS he has originated in excess of $260 million in residential loans and has been instrumental in the development and growth of TMS’s internet division as well as the training, leading and mentoring of the TMS sales staff. Prior to joining TMS in 2000, Bill worked as a residential real estate appraiser and as a commercial property manager for many years. These experiences have helped provide him with a broader understanding of the forces that can influence the mortgage market as a whole. While born and raised in Virginia, he is now a confirmed ‘Yankee’ and lives in Bethel, CT with his wife and 3 children.
